The spots first started showing up on Julia Monday night. Grant and Johanna started getting spots on Tuesday. I took these photos Wednesday night.
The girls also had a lot of spots on their scalps.
We had many of these "calamine painting" sessions.
Johanna had the worst of it. She was very sad to have the chicken pox, and it made her cry to look at them. She kept asking why she had to have them. We explained to her that she would never have them again, but that didn't seem to be much of a consolation. I took these photos of her Friday night.

They all did really well with not itching the spots, and are recovery after a lot of calamine lotion, and oatmeal and baking soda baths. This is one visitor that we will be happy to see go!
