We ate breakfast, and then headed out for our port adventure. This time we took an open-air bus to a dock to board a catamaran.
We had a 50 minute sail to a beach off the island of St. John where we anchored close by some other catamarans.
During the sail everyone was given snorkel equipment. Grant and Cory jumped into the water first once we stopped. While Grandpa and I were getting the girls suited up, Julia decided she didn't want to go. After we took off all her equipment, and Johanna and I were climbing down the ladder into the water, she changed her mind. I swam out with Johanna to leave her with Cory and Grant, and then I headed back to the boat to get Julia. Once we were settled in the water, and she figured out how to use the equipment, she enjoyed looking for fish. Johanna and Julia both had noodles to make them feel a little more comfortable.

This is a sea turtle we saw while snorkeling.
After snorkeling for a bit, we swam back to the boat where Grandpa was waiting. We were served juice, rum punch, champagne, cheese, crackers and fruit for the sail back to the dock.
These guys were waiting for us when we returned.
These were some of the buildings we passed on our way from the dock back to our bus. Including this Touch of Wellness massage center.
We stopped to get the following pictures before getting back on the ship.

We took the kids to the kid's club, and Cory and I went back to St.Thomas to look in the shops. Below was a bar that seemed to be pretty popular.
Had to get a picture of the Swedish flag!
You don't see a sign like this everyday!
When we were back on board, we got ready for Halloween night. We all got into our costumes and went to dinner (Grandma decided to stay in her room again during this meal). This table of goodies was sitting at the front of the restaurant.
The girls received lots of compliments on their dresses, and Grant was scaring people left and right with his mask. He loved it.
After dinner, the girls and I went to make some Halloween crafts while Grant and Cory went to watch a hypnotist show, which they said was really good. The girls and Grant then spent some time in the kid's club while Grandma, who decided it was time to venture out of her room again, Grandpa, Cory and I watched the adult costume contest. As with pirate night, some people went all out! There were some great costumes. The girls were also able to get a picture with Ariel before we headed back to the room for the night.
They were excited to see the Halloween "bat" towel waiting for us.
