On Monday, we talked about the letter U.
We talked about the sound that letter U makes, Johanna practiced writing the letter U, and then I read her the fairytale, The Young Musician. After I finished reading the story, we drew pictures in our main lesson book. Once again, Julia had to draw along with us.

On Tuesday, Johanna reviewed the letter U by writing out this practice page. She also re-told me the story from the day before, and I wrote a summary in her lesson book.
The girls also made some "U" umbrellas.

On Wednesday and Thursday we did a lot of letter review. Julia has also been enjoying doing pages in this maze book. Sissy has a book like this, so Julia likes having a book she can use like sissy.
Boji was helping Johanna out with her school work.
It was also very exciting, because Johanna read through her very first Bob book! Yay!
Now that Johanna has learned all the letters, we will do lots of reading practice. Next week we will do a quick number block to review the numbers once more before jumping into a math block, and we will do some fun St. Patrick's Day activities.
